WEEKLY CHECK INS
Weekly check-ins and adjustment to help optimize our time together and make sure you are getting the most out of your program. Mini check-ins throughout the week for any questions you may have. We place a HEAVY emphasis on keeping in contact and making sure you have everything you need to be successful.
HOW WE DO IT
Teaching is the main emphasis of our coaching style, not just telling you what to do, but why it is optimal for you. We will teach you how to use and control the most important aspects of your fitness journey.
We teach you why and how things work, as well as get you to your goal through flexible dieting. Teaching you how to eat WHATEVER you want, WHENEVER you want, and applying balance to both. When done in balance and moderation and you will STILL lose body fat. Manipulating your macros as needed, managing your cardiovascular amount and activity to help bring your best approach to dieting.

Access to our exclusive Facebook group page, that is only accessible by ATP athletes and Coaches. An INCREDIBLY resourceful group that's SOLE FOCUS is mass communication, and information distribution. From science based content, motivational posts, messages from the coaches to athletes, to athlete posting progress pictures, videos, messages, recipes etc etc. The largest support chain you can have is those with the same vision and desires as you, and having access to the ENTIRE TEAM, is an incredible outlet of support.
Team chats that allow us as a team to have discussions, ask questions, learn, and come together to be a strong team.This lets us get to know the athletes, address concerns, and learn as a group, ask questions and continue to grow as individuals. Communication is of the highest priority, and those who take it upon themselves to learn, grow and adapt will flourish.
