Teaching is the main emphasis of our coaching style, not just telling you what to do but why it is optimal for you. We will teach you how to use and control the most important aspects of your fitness journey.
Showing you why and how things work, as well as getting you to your goal through flexible dieting. Flexible dieting will teach you how you can eat the foods you love and still make progression. When done correctly you will STILL be able to lose body fat, STILL be able to grow muscle and STILL stay in control. Guidance to how you can manipulate your food as needed, how to manage your cardiovascular activity, and how to best approach to dieting.

Team Video Chats
When possible we love to have team hangouts that allow us as a team to have discussions, ask questions, and learn. This allows us to get to know the athletes, address concerns, and learn as a group. Communication is of the highest priority, and those who take it upon themselves to learn, grow, and adapt, will flourish.
WEEKLY CHECK INS
Weekly check-ins and adjustment to help optimize our time together and make sure you are getting the most out of your program. We place a HEAVY emphasis on keeping in contact with our clients and making sure they have everything you need to be successful.
