Showing you why and how things work, as well as getting you to your goal through flexible dieting. Flexible dieting will teach you how you can eat the foods you love and still make progression. When done correctly you will STILL be able to lose body fat, STILL be able to grow muscle and STILL stay in control. Guidance to how you can manipulate your food as needed, how to manage your cardiovascular activity, and how to best approach to dieting.
